Afternoon sippers choose from four tea bento boxes ($25), each comprising sweet and savoury tastes that complement the salon’s many single-estate biodynamic blends. While a traditionalist might choose the old-school Mad Hatter box, with its teacakes and sandwiches, the Snow Drop bento delivers grilled chicken with cashew sauce and parcels of spicy, lime-spiked mackerel that provide a perfect foil for white tea.
