All breakfast lovers know that College is brunch central, and Boom—long and narrow, outfitted with comfy booths and painted a pleasant shade of yellow—does its part. From among six omelettes on offer, the edition with Black Forest ham, onions and mushrooms pleases in spite of slight overcooking. A forestière crêpe bulges with grilled chicken, Swiss cheese and spinach, and is nicely complemented by a mushroom béchamel. A serving of two pancakes speckled with blueberries satisfies. ...
