This large, airy restaurant may be one of the most refined sushi houses in the area. With high ceilings, tasteful lighting and a calm colour scheme, it oozes sophistication—save for the Nickelback soundtrack. The menu shows originality and imagination: each of the 21 signature rolls is assigned a creative name, such as rock ’n’ roll, black angel, snow mountain and yummy. Bento boxes, salads, à la carte sushi, and rice and noodle dishes round out the menu. Mains $7.50–$13.99.
