This Bloor West Village fixture has weathered the no-carb fad, serving freshly made pasta for more than two decades. Soho-style conviviality fills the tiny, plain room, and a blackboard announces pasta-centric daily specials. Angel hair pasta is tangled up with moist smoked salmon, tomato dice and dill in a light vodka-infused cream sauce. Garish black and red stripes don’t help the bland interior of butternut squash agnolotti. Servers are nonchalant. The wine list is run-of-the-mill. Mains $11–$18.
