Paese Ristorante's food philosophy, directed by Executive Chef Chris Palik and owner, Tony Loschiavo is a dedication to local ingredients to create Canadian-influenced Italian cuisine. Referred to by many guests as their "kitchen away from home," Paese Ristorante is decorated in a natural wood finish, with a sleek and contemporary Sonoma feel. The theme continues into the two second floor private dining rooms, which seat up to 65 guests for private group functions. The comprehensive wine list features many by-the-glass and half bottle options. Paese also offers event and corporate catering through L-EAT Catering.
