Fake wreaths, a Broadway musical soundtrack and a mural depicting harp-playing jesters set the precocious tone at this pastel-hued Italian restaurant, popular with families and young couples. The long menu is heavy on pastas and pizzas, such as garlicky penne basilico, and pizza affumicata—a smoked salmon, goat cheese, red onion and caper affair. Classic caesar salad features a pungent homemade dressing, while popular calamari comes two ways: deep-fried and grilled. Mains $12.95–$24.95.
