Editorial Review

This bustling midtown spot mixes cocktail lounge cool with Italian gastronomic comforts. Pizza is the specialty, with 20 varieties on the menu and toppings ranging from prosciutto and salmon to smoked scamorza (akin to mozzarella) and truffle oil. A selection of salads, antipasti, pastas, risotto and meat dishes rounds out the dinner menu, while lunch offerings include ciabatta sandwiches and spinellos (focaccia wraps). Homemade tiramisù is on hand for the sweet tooth, and over 50 labels await the oenophile. Mains $9.95–$35.
