Price Description

Pleated curtains, brass rails and a mint-green decor leave the impression of a grandmother’s kitchen at this family-run restaurant at the corner of a busy plaza. Chicken souvlaki is a point of pride, as are the nine-ounce New York steak and roasted lamb dishes. Regulars include locals and visitors to nearby CNIB, Sunnybrook and Bloorview Kids Rehab medical centres, who also pop in for pie and coffee in the afternoon. Mains $5.75–$16.95.
