Editorial Review

A Beach institution, this ice cream and snack shop has been a summer destination for decades. In summertime, take a number to sample ice cream and gelato. Year-round fans know to order one of the house specialties from the backlit menu board. Tacos, subs and the homemade one-and-a-half-patty Happy Burger are perennial faves, but the Sailor is best known for burritos stuffed with spiced meat, haddock, grilled chicken or veggies. Unlicensed. Mains $3.90–$10.
