With its burgundy walls, warm atmosphere and sleek, modern furniture, this elegant, upscale wine bar and restaurant offers a menu of Indian staples: a choice of chicken, beef, fish, lamb, prawns or vegetables in one of several traditional Indian sauces, including fiery vindaloo, creamy xacutti (cream with coconut flavour) and classic curry. Goanese fish and prawns is a medley of seafood served with a light, smooth sauce with rice and vegetables. The wine list features 60 to 70 wines from around the world. Mains $8.95–$19.95.
