Editorial Review

This Indian restaurant has been a fixture on the Danforth for over 30 years. Such traditional Indian dishes as curries, butter chicken, veal korma, chicken tikka and barbecued eggplant line the menu. Regulars come for the signature hot plate, sizzling with an assortment of barbecued meats and seafood. Colourful embroidered wall hangings brighten the simple, modern room. Mains $8.95–$10.95.
