Despite its home in a forgotten row of crumbling townhouses, this subterranean restaurant does a brisk trade with the staff from nearby Hospital Row. The kitchen manages to tackle both Indian and Thai cuisines with surprisingly even results. Crisp, greaseless spring rolls are filled with a juicy mixture of chicken, shrimp and crab perfumed with cilantro.
