The spacious room’s decor is rather forgettable—the focus here is on satisfying southern Indian fare. Available in 30-plus variations, the namesake dish acquits itself marvellously, thanks to a crisp yet chewy razor-thin crêpe and a harmonious stuffing of spinach, soft paneer and masala-spiced potatoes.
