Editorial Review

Ornate and airy, Ouzeri offers earthy Mediterranean goodness. Melitzanosalata, an eggplant purée, delights with fresh oregano. Tzatziki gratifies with tangy, garlicky smoothness. Fried salt cod (bakaliaro) in gossamer golden batter is utterly addictive. Mains include huge tender calamari and a juicy lamb kebab, both grilled to perfection. Open late on summer nights. Mains $10–$30.
