A hefty pair of intact grilled calamari looks promising but could be more tender. A dark moussaka boasts a fragrant meaty filling. Combination platters overflow with moist souvlaki, Ontario lamb chops, citrus-studded sausages and ground sirloin biftekia, all deftly char-grilled.
