Crisp romaine hearts glisten with a caesar vinaigrette in a light interpretation of the classic salad. A tender herb-crusted flank steak shares the plate with a golden haystack of addictive frites. Like a Gallic banana split, sweet crêpes are stuffed with ripe bananas and topped with clouds of whipped cream and dark chocolate sauce.
