A classic if safe bistro on charming Baldwin Street. Confit de gibiers puts the tender duck gizzards atop buttery mashed purple potatoes, sauced with foie gras truffle cream. Roast Alberta lamb sirloin is refreshed with charred tomato and mint vinaigrette, with grilled provençale veg (eggplant, zucchini) and Israeli couscous. A substantial wine list features several options under $50. Servers are friendly and efficient, though not always briefed about daily specials. Ho-hum desserts. Mains $18–$30.
