Editorial Review

This spotless new addition to the neighbourhood serves all sorts of Chinese delicacies. Diners sample shark’s fin soup, Vancouver crab sautéed with ginger and green onion, oyster with red wine hotpot, abalone in oyster sauce and sautéed sliced conch. However, Noble also serves up all the classics for those feeling less adventurous, kung pao chicken and sweet-and-sour pork to name but a few. Mains $7.95–$18.95.
