With a menu of more than 400 items and hours of operation that span 20 hours each day, it’s no surprise that this clean, bright restaurant always seems a flurry of activity. Patrons stop in at all hours to feast on an endless selection of stewed noodle, fried noodle and rice dishes topped with the likes of beef brisket, shrimp, pork chops and shredded chicken.
