Reggae-driven island vibes saturate this two-level Queen Street East space, which is traditional Caribbean, stem to stern. Among the better efforts is a thick ’n’ hearty red pea soup loaded with tender spuds. A combo app plate, however, hits and misses, with tough cod fritters and chewy jerk wings overshadowing firm, shell-on pepper shrimp and flaky beef patties.
