Price Description

Lime- and lemon-hued walls provide the sole decorative touch at this plain-looking Caribbean restaurant—but you can always order the food to go. Sundays bring coveted ackee and salt fish; other days feature oxtail, curried goat, pepper steak and chicken prepared as you please (stewed, curried or jerked). Such homemade drinks as carrot and pineapple juice, Irish Moss and peanut punch cool scorched tongues. Unlicensed. Mains $3–$10.
