Price Description

“Direct from Pembroke Hall, Jamaica” boasts the sign of this cavernous hangout. Framed pictures of Martin Luther King Jr. and other freedom fighters line the citrus-hued walls, while an inviting reggae soundtrack plays in the background. Customers relax with friends, ordering up such classic Jamaican fare as jerk chicken, curried goat, stew beef and ackee and salt fish. A fully stocked bar serves beer, wine and mixed drinks; Ting, beetroot and carrot juices are alcohol-free alternatives. Mains $7–$12.
