This retrofitted little room epitomizes Queen West chic: orange-pink Formica sets the tone, vinyl booths line the wall, and a vintage Coca-Cola cooler oversees the room. Surprising flourishes emerge from the swinging kitchen door. For example, plump smoked oysters wrapped in bacon are an alluring smoke-on-smoke creation. Every bite of cornmeal-crusted tilapia is tender and lime-infused. Chipotle brownies are two huge wedges drizzled with a sensual chili-infused strawberry sauce. Mains $15–$28.
