This market mainstay combines full-on Ken­sington casual with simple but tasty food. Build-your-own rice bowls don’t skimp on flavour. Sauces are identified as “familiar” (vibrant arugula, parm-pesto) and “different” (pomegranate, walnut and parsley). Meat is all organic or free-range. When in doubt, garnish with house-made kimchee, the perfect balance of fiery, sweet and sour.
