Price Description

Staff serve up unpretentious fare at this spacious family-owned pub located on a bland stretch of Bloor East. Grilled veal liver, hot prime rib sandwiches, beer-battered fish and chips, and award-winning burgers are the main contenders on the lengthy menu. Commissioned paintings of legendary rower Ned Hanlon and a native lacrosse player share the walls with other Canadian sports paraphernalia. Frequent birthday parties and an annual Groundhog Day bash lend a festive air to the joint, while themed Friday and Saturday karaoke nights keep ’em singing for more. Mains $7.95–$19.95.
