Editorial Review

This pub, with a Tudor-style decor and an all-Ontario menu, is dedicated to the 100-mile diet philosophy, serving up meals composed of local food and drink. Farm-fresh veggies, organic meats and local game make up the menu (bison maple chili and Ontario white bean hummus, for example). Ontario wines, and 27 microbrews and craft beers on tap. Live Celtic fiddling on Sunday afternoons, soccer and rugby on the telly, and a family brunch on weekends. Mains $5–$17.95.
