You may have a hard time dragging your kiddies out of this toy bonanza. A locally based chain, Mastermind has a wide array of classics (Thomas the Tank Engine, Corolle dolls) and harder-to-find games and books. Rare gems include Plan Toys’ dolls and dollhouses, which are made with reclaimed rubberwood and soy-based ink. Time-crunched parents take advantage of the store’s complimentary loot bag assembly: you buy the goodies, they package it up.
