Canada’s first and largest indoor rock-climbing gym offers more than 22,000 square feet of climbing surfaces. Certified instructors show adventurous kids ages eight to 13 the ropes; through fun, interactive games and activities, they teach balance, motor skills and the fundamentals of climbing. An auto-locking belay device, a soft-floor system and vigilant staff members ensure children’s safety. Book in advance for kids’ programs.
Hours:
June to Oct., M–F noon–11, Sa–Su 10–7; Nov. to May, M–F noon–11, Sa–Su 10–9.
How much:
two-hour lesson $25 per person (minimum three children per group)
