This three-run hill is just a short trip from downtown and is perfectly adequate for novice skiers and snowboarders alike. Knowledgeable instructors lead small groups through the basics, from donning equipment to controlling turns. Group lessons and holiday programs are available.

Dec. 17 to March 16, M–F 10–9:30, Sa 9–8, Su 9–6, weather permitting

holiday skiing camps, $79–$163 with equipment, $46–$97 w/o; holiday snowboarding camp, $163 with equipment, $97 w/o; eight-week Parent and Tots program, $213 with equipment, $123 w/o; eight-week snowboarding program, $275 with equipment, $186 w/o
