Mad and marvellous, this flamboyant party shop is a cross between Oz and Candy Land. The interior is a riot of shocking pink, orange and lime green. Every available nook and cranny is filled with goodies: retro candies and colouring books, party hats and gumball machines, loot bags and disco lights. Gifts include an oversized Hello Kitty alarm clock ($25), a funky inflatable glow-in-the-dark chair ($23) and a monkey pillow that lights up ($35). If you can stand still long enough, ask about Loots’ disco party bus and party room out back.
Hours:
M–F 9:30–7, Sa 9:30–6, Su 10:30–5.

disco party bus, one and a half hours $19.95 per child, two hours $24.99 per child; video games bus, one and a half hours $19.99 per child, two hours $24.99 per child.
