What a knob. Or, should we say, what knobs—more than 600 of them, hand-painted in different styles. The zoo animal designs (minuscule portraits of giraffes, elephants and hippos, among others) are best-sellers. There are also mermaids, fairies, frog princes, flowers, nautical designs and monograms—all customizable. Delicately painted with acrylics and sealed for durability, they range in price from $18 to $24. Whimsically painted kids’ furniture is also available; a custom-painted bureau starts at around $1,500.
