In contrast to most second-hand clothing stores, Sodapop is bright and charming. Cute decorative touches, such as vintage bottle caps and classic soda cans, abound. And owner Eddy Liptrott, who used to sell vintage Levi’s in Japan, has a keen fashion sense. The store is filled with top-notch labels, such as Gymboree, OshKosh and Old Navy for youngsters, and Abercrombie & Fitch, Levi’s and American Eagle for tweens and teens. A floral-print Baby Gap dress for a one-year-old will sell for $10; used jeans go for $12 to $19. Timberland, Adidas, Puma and Rockport shoes—a recent addition to the store—are tagged at $8 to $15.
