On the (slightly) quieter western edge of Bugaboo-clogged Bloor West Village, this sunny three-room studio offers a calendar jam-packed with art classes for the whole family. Tots three years and up explore painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture in two-hour drop-off classes, held over nine weeks. For kids ages six through 11, there are courses in cartooning, puppet making and fashion illustration. On the second Sunday of the month October through March, the studio offers two-hour drop-in classes for the whole family. For $20 ($5 per person for families of fewer than five), your whole clan can participate in a seasonally themed project. Among the 16 professionally trained artist-instructors are painters, graphic designers and animators who offer practical advice to OCAD-bound teens looking to polish their portfolios. Birthday parties for up to 16 kids cost $263 for two hours.
