Library shelves are lined with hundreds of sample books, representing the city’s most extensive selection of mid- to high-end papers; noteworthy names include Florence, Brunschwig & Fils, Katzenbach & Warren, and Thibaut. If DIY sounds deadly, a network of pro painters and faux-finish artists are available, as are in-home colour consultations. Custom wool sisal area rugs by Cortenaer and Hunter Douglas blinds round out the offerings. Knowledgeable staff are friendly; parking out back is free.
