Seriously serious about art glass and chandeliers, proprietors Ron and Diane Ennis save their deepest devotion for Murano pieces, particularly collections from the master house Venini (for which they have the Canadian exclusive). From other merchants of Venice—including such names as Arcade, Pino Signoretto and Simone Cenedese—come vases and vessels that are more dramatically sculptural than functional. Massimiliano Schiavon’s colourful glass sculptures range from $2,000 to $12,000. The owners insist the cutlery from Robbe and Berking ($1,123) is the best flatware in the world.
