AM Studio

This custom lighting shop is a natural fit in the Castlefield design district, with its minimalist decor and gallery of lighting created by Israeli artisans who mostly work with glass, porcelain, metal and crystal. While much of AM Studio’s business comes from architects and designers, homeowners and condo dwellers make up a significant portion of the studio’s customers. Owner Orly Meyer is happy to recommend tiny pendant lights ($98 each; they can easily be arranged into a chandelier formation) or the sophisticated porcelain Alto fixtures ($450).
