If you’re hankering for a little pattern and colour, you could do worse than venturing into this cozy shop. Owner Beth Poulter is a former antique fabric collector and the selection of plush pillows and bedding on display here belies her elegant tastes. For example, merino wool throws by Anichini ($495) are patterned after Renaissance damasks, while made-to-order embroidered sheets by Italian company Bagni Volpi Noemi up the luxe factor. For something more accessible, look to chenille throws, shams and covers (starting at $305 for a twin throw). There’s an extensive selection of designer bedding by Sferra Bros., John Robshaw and Nancy Koltes. Floral-print cotton pyjama sets ($185) by BedHead Pajamas of California are also popular.
Hours:
