Clearly ordered aisles house a cornucopia of standard household items for all kinds of projects: cleaning supplies, car oil, paints and paint materials, moving boxes, locks, drills, paper clips, reading glasses, work gloves. And then there’s “stuff” for, er, more unusual projects: bungee cords, handcuffs, levitating mini-globes of planet earth. Don’t expect dollar-store markdowns—for the most part, the prices are only moderately lower than average.
