The range of choice can be overwhelming—the basement space is crammed with some 500 frame samples—but don’t be intimidated: owner Kerry Fitzmaurice will ask for a description of your room and pull out appropriate samples—from ornate gold numbers to clean, dark woods to flamboyantly inlaid offerings. Heavily scrolled Victorian frames are available for up to $2,000; a typical 24-by-30-inch framed mirror starts at approximately $500. Mirrors—in plain or bevelled styles (also available in bronze and charcoal)—are included in the pricing.
