This two-storey furniture house carries three themed collections: Les Provinciales, an antique-inspired series honouring craftsmanship à l’ancienne; Les Contemporains, which offers clean lines and simple shapes; and Les Voyages, inspired by travel to exotic locales. The solid oak Cap Ferret dining table ($5,025), with its curved legs and aged-look veneer, seems right out of an Old World French villa, while oversized contemporary sofas are modular and low to the ground. Most have comfy down-filled back cushions and come in several upholstery choices. The boxy Mikado 2 sectional is covered in a striped Missoni fabric in muted green, orange and burgundy; the Voyage Immobile sofa (a sectional inspired by the furniture of the Ottoman Empire) comes in a soft, cottony fabric and earth tones for $13,600. Prices reflect the quality of construction; as such, sofas tend to run north of $8,000.
