An airy mecca of streamlined contemporary furnishings, Fluid stocks a mix of designer pieces and house-label furniture. The overall scheme is grey, white and beige accented with glass and metal. The big draw is the Rbanse sofa collection. These simple, often armless couches come in durable, luxurious cashmere-wool blends ($2,500 and up). The sleek lines are softened by unique, textured accessories: French baguette trays, African masks, neutral-coloured Talesma Turkish cotton towels, and a line of Ontario-exclusive hardwood pieces from Atlantico by De la Espada. Kitchenware includes black and steel products by Krups, espresso machines, and Georg Jensen’s egg-shaped Quack Thermos.
