How fitting that this split-level showroom is set on the ground floor of the Mozo building, the glamour condo for 28-year-olds seeking the designer life in 650 square feet of space. For these people, EQ3 is the new IKEA, as evidenced by the Milo collection, which includes lacquer-finished bedroom furniture, occasional tables and dining furniture; and the Ellis collection of seating, which can be customized with 109 different fabrics and leathers. Space-saving storage ottomans, along with rugs, pillows, square plates, teapots and jaunty clocks keep regulars happy. Prices for the largest furniture pieces rarely climb over $1,000. Fabric samples are placed next to corresponding sofas.
