The window display in Luc Leclerc’s Victoria Street atelier changes daily. On one occasion, it looked like a scene out of Dune, the space fantasy set on a remote desert planet: succulents emerged from clay pots full of seashells, spiky seed pods filled an oxidized-copper dish, and orchids floated in a sponge-filled glass bowl. Sensually shaped branches may appear out of a range of vessels, from wicker baskets to a vase filled with lentils. Whether it’s worth as little as $50 or upwards of $5,000, Leclerc ensures the presentation is detailed and beautiful.
