Prices vary according to weave (coarse or fine), material (wool, cotton or silk) and country of origin (including Pakistan, India, China, Iran and Tibet). An extra-fine eight-by-five-foot Tabriz Persian rug in splendid jewel tones is $5,350; an elaborate red wool-silk blend (nine by 12 feet) is $8,800. European wall tapestries ($400–$6,000) and a selection of Crossley wall-to-wall carpeting round out the shop’s stellar collection.
