A supersized version of the downtown stores, with a much bigger selection. Vast walls display families of furnishings: picture frames start at $3.50; a huge assortment of ornaments and other knick-knacks start at $1; kitchen goods include Starfrit frying pans ($20) and enamelled kettles (from $20). Help can be hard to find in this warehouse-size space, but keep wandering. Chances are you’ll stumble upon something special—perhaps a five-quart KitchenAid Pro 5 stand mixer ($262.50). The scratch-and-dent section harbours items that are slightly damaged or were once part of a set.
