Known for bed and bath bargains, this Orfus Road superstore also boasts helpful staff, neat displays and a bridal registry. Prices are generally 1o to 75 per cent off retail. Duvets are a forte: the store carries a range from basic (a cluster fibre–filled twin for $69.99) to luxe (a Hutterite goose down–filled king for $700). Towels are displayed with coordinating accessories including shower curtains, soap dishes and toothbrush holders. Bed and table linens are impressive in their sheer variety. High-end offerings such as St. Geneve’s 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton bed linens can be had for $60 to $300 per sheet.
