This cozy shop specializes in factory samples—all at least 50 per cent off the regular price. Best bets are the cocktail party duds, from a sequined, empire-waist cocktail dress ($70) to rhinestone ties at $40. An array of costume jewellery will brighten up your outfit ($16–$45); winter hats, some in cloche style, start at $15.99 and Victorian style nighties are $40. Also sold: lots of bags and purses, scarves and men’s shirts and sweaters.
