27 holes. North: nine holes, 3,409 yards, par 36. South: nine holes, 3,264 yards, par 36. East: nine holes, 3,179 yards, par 36 Comprising 27 beautifully maintained holes located 10 minutes north of Burlington, this Kaneff property opened 18 in 1991, with the third nine added some years later. Generous driving areas lead to small, fast greens, and plenty of bunkers await windblown or poorly struck shots. Try to play the North and South courses if it’s your first time here; this 18 is a model of economical design and challenge. The third on the South nine (a par five) is a great test—a well-struck drive will tempt you to go for it in two, but beware the swirling winds and water in front of the green. The next several (more benign) holes on this nine will have you lulled before six, seven and eight—two par threes and a short par four, all over water—threaten to make a mess of your card. The newest nine, the East course, is somewhat shorter and a bit less demanding, but still no less intriguing.
