Banty’s Roost Gold and Country Clubstarstar

The course will never host a major tournament, but given the reasonable green fees and proximity to the city, only a true malcontent would complain. Opened in 1990, Banty’s Roost is forever under renovation, but its efforts to upgrade are necessary to keep up with the competition. And they are bearing fruit: with 27 holes, Banty’s now offers a variety of tests. Among the three nine-hole options, the toughest is the White-Red combination, which yields a respectable slope of 126. Be warned: if you’re in a rush, it can be slow.
