A pitching wedge east of big brother Lakeridge Links, this short, well-tended track is suited to novice golfers ready to take their games up a notch. The springy, wide-open fairways offer few hazards; water comes into play on just four holes. Elevated greens are guarded by mounds and shallow bunkers, so your approach must be accurate. Par threes occupy half the hilly terrain. That said, two holes do warrant some extra care. The fairway on the hefty 367-yard 11th traces a narrow path between young pines and mature forest; the 484-yard 13th runs uphill between mounds and pines before graciously flattening out to a mid-size green. The course shares an excellent bent grass range with Lakeridge Links.
